5. Client Responsibilities and Conduct
- Conduct: Clients must be representative and courteous to partners. Violations will result in contract termination without refund.
7. Our conditions
At BYANUSERVICES, we act solely as an intermediary between our clients and third-party service providers, such as restaurants, event venues, or other establishments. Once a booking has been successfully made and confirmed, our role as an intermediary is considered fulfilled. In the event that the third-party provider cancels or denies the reservation for any reason after confirmation, BYANUSERVICES is not responsible, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
It is important to note that the fee charged by BYANUSERVICES is exclusively for our services as an intermediary and does not serve as a deposit or payment to the third-party provider. The fee covers the work we do in making and managing your reservation, and third parties have no involvement with or claim to this fee. Therefore, third-party providers will not offer refunds related to cancellations, as they have no connection to our service fees.
In the event of a third-party cancellation, we will make every effort to find an alternative solution at no additional cost. However, if no suitable replacement is found, no refund will be issued.
Additionally, the client is always considered the paying party and the principal in the agreement. Once payment for our services has been made, the client automatically agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that our responsibility ends once the booking is confirmed. While we strive to provide exceptional service, we cannot be held liable for cancellations or changes made by third-party providers, nor can we guarantee alternative arrangements in every situation.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
- Data Protection: Client information is protected with end-to-end encryption and shared only via WhatsApp or encrypted email.
- Document Retention: Documents are destroyed every 30 days.
- Insurance: Not provided, as BYANUSERVICES acts as an intermediary.
9. Amendments and Updates
- Communication: Changes to policies will be communicated via email and Instagram.
- Agreement: Clients agree to new policies upon notification receipt confirmation.
